Our Solution
This is the next-generation performance management tool that makes use of state of the art Analytics database – Clickhouse.
Performance management is all about accurate data in a sub 1 minute turn-around time, with full drill-down capability from network to cell level from 1 year to 1-hour intervals.
Our Performance Management was built from the ground up to utilise all state-of-the-art technology currently available. This includes:
- Capture, parse, load and store over 1m cells per hour with 50,000 parameters each into the database.
- Cross Vendor Cross Technology data aggregation into a single repository with multiple data structures converted into an Array.
- Handling of data anomalies e.g. late data availability from the network, duplicate files etc.
- Full KPI builder with immediate access to raw data and KPI calculation on the fly to ensure accurate KPI calculations
- Store Raw Data and KPI data in database.
- KPI Aggregation only on formula level, which allow for full time and element drill-down on the fly with results in less than 1 minute (normally < 10 sec).
- Fully integrated dashboard for pre-set of KPI levels and views
- Fully integrated alarming on any KPI activity with event builder that can be set with thresholds and count of occurrences on any aggregation level.
- Currently handling over 10 Trillion Records in one single table in the database.
